W.E.S Limited provides borehole drilling, solar installation, pumps, tanks, plumbing, and hydrological surveys from Kitengela, Kenya. This policy explains what we collect on wesafrica.co and how we use it.

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, location, and project type. You can also add property type, budget, timeline, a message, a site-visit request, and a newsletter choice.
Until you send the form, a draft is kept in your browser so you can continue it. When you send it, the draft is cleared and the details go through Formspree to info@wesafrica.co. We use them to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a site visit. We send newsletters only if you tick that box.
The products page is a catalogue. If you continue to WhatsApp, the message can include your name, phone number, the items and quantities, pickup or delivery, a delivery address, and any note you typed. That message is sent to the shop on WhatsApp. We do not take payment on the website, and we do not store the cart as an order on the site.
The cart stays in your browser for that visit. Sending the message does not reserve the items. The shop confirms availability, price, and any delivery fee.
If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what we need to answer you and to carry out any work you agree. Pages you open may be counted by the site host so we can see which pages are used. We do not sell your information.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya), you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for a quote, a job, or a legal duty. You can also tell us to stop sending updates.
By using the W.E.S Limited website, sending a quote request, or messaging the shop about a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices on the products page are the listed prices for those items. A WhatsApp message asks the shop to check availability. It is not a paid order, and it does not reserve stock, until the shop confirms. The delivery fee is confirmed by the shop. Pickup is from the shop. Items marked sold out cannot be ordered. You can ask about one product without changing your cart.
These payment points apply to drilling, installation, and other site work we agree in writing. They do not apply to a catalogue message on its own.
We accept bank transfer, M-Pesa, and other methods stated on the invoice.
For site work, you provide safe access, a cleared work area, water and power where the job needs them, and the permits that sit with the property owner. You also answer project questions in time for the work to proceed.
Our liability for a job is limited to the value of that job. We are not liable for indirect loss, for delay caused by weather or site conditions, or for a third party’s equipment after it has left our supply.
